If you look around my website, you can see I have a number of different toroidal AC power transformers, many WITHOUT the mounting kits.
After sorting through my boxes and boxes of left over production spare parts, I have found some 3 piece (pad/bolt/top steel washer) mounting kits and some rubber pads for use with potted cores on LARGE toroids. It is advisable to use potted cores with the large toroids because if a steel top cap is used, it can cause damage to the winding insulation wrap or the windings themselves.
So here we have JUST the rubber base pad ... for us, this was the "mother of all rubber pads" for use with some VERY HEAVY toroids we used in the past (2000VA weighing 25Kg!), these pads were so difficult to come by (at the time) that we ended up manually cutting sheet rubber to suit. This rubber pad has been manually cut and not yet completed i.e no centre hole has been punched.
SAFETY CAUTION: When mounting toroidal transformers think carefully about what you are doing! Remember that it is important that your transformer be mounted in such a way that the mounting screw and the metal chassis will not form a closed loop through the center and thereby create a shorted turn on the transformer Believe me, this is NOT a good thing to do!
