Designed to control an integrated cassette/radio/CD SONY system but I have been unable to confirm exactly which models
"Others" online state it can be used with the CFD-550 for example however the manual for that equipment gives a different remote control number
I can however, confirm this remote will NOT work with the CDP-M27 CD player I also have on offer (I tried it!)
For other compatible SONY equipment, you need to do your own research, look in manuals or just compare remotes visually to establish if this RMT-C550 remote might work with your system/CD player
Look on the rear ID plate of your system for the model number of your equipment - the buyer must establish this remote is suitable for use with their own equipment

Button labelling is clear and easy to read - none rubbed off or missing
All buttons functioning - the equipment this remote is designed for is no longer in my possession. My testing is basic. I load the batteries, push every button and check the IR transmitter is sending codes - I have no way of knowing if those codes are correct but in my experience, they don't "change" over time anyway!
Battery compartment contacts have been completely cleaned.
Used but undamaged casing EXCEPT for some light scrape marks to the rear of the case
Batteries will NOT be supplied (2x AA) to prevent any issues with Australia Post and keeping the shipping weight down to a minimum
