As removed from some excellent ANRITSU RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyser), high specification custom SHF lead which is commonly used in many professional SHF/Microwave RF equipment.
The distinct difference with this pigtail is the pure Copper outer tubing, not a braid. Inner insulation is Teflon.

This cable can handle up to 30W @ 18Ghz without issues
