HISTORY:
In our previous audio post production business we experimented with many different loudspeaker systems and their components. This is now a LONG time ago and while sorting through my box of spare parts I came across this inductor (actually a number of them) ready for a custom crossover network.
UNBRANDED - Crossover Network Inductor (1)
Plastic former, outside diameter 50mm, inside diameter 23.25mm and height 25.50mm
Enamelled wire 1.0mm diameter
Measured inductance 0.56mH
DC resistance 1R4 Ohm
Flying tails (enamelled wires) are 100mm length each
Now packed away in clear plastic and hopefully someone will see potential as part of their own custom crossover network design.
