Great if you are repairing a large loudspeaker, these outer surround foam sections are in a pack of 6 sections and the design of each section allows for flexibility in use e.g using 5 sections is the "natural" curve of the foam sections and will make a nice 12" foam surround, use only 4 sections and you can fashion a surround for a 10"
I am supplying 6 sections because that is how they are packed in the packets, so you will effectively have a spare section or two - depending upon the size of loudspeaker basket you are playing around with.

Each section is "keyed" at either end, similar to a tongue & groove fitting
On the underside of the Black foam is the adhesive, protected by paper tape. Pull back the tape, position your foam section and make firm contact between the foam section and basket. Of course, it is important to ensure that the contact area on the loudspeaker basket is clean in order for the adhesive to work best. Due to the tongue & groove arrangement you can achieve a lot of flexibility in the basket size/curvature but these sections really only work well with 10" to 12" baskets.
The photograph shows just 4 sections put together although the "natural" curve lends these sections to work better as 5 sections, giving a nice symmetrical 12" circle.
Each section measures 11mm wide x 9.4mm height
