Always thought that Fender just made guitars? Well they also released this microphone to the budget market - it does the job at a live gig, probably best with the backing vocals - the sound is ok but nothing brilliant.

Intended for use as a general purpose vocalist microphone, but be aware of its limitations - sensitivity in particular is not so good, often the vocalist needs to practically eat this microphone! Good for those who like to have the mic inside their mouth (thrash/death metal vocalists)

This was one of our "loaners" to artists in a desperate need who for one reason or another had "lost" a mic, not a great mic but did the job on the night.

Of course it has been tested because it has been sitting safely away in our storage units and quite frankly it's not too bad for general vocal work, sounds ok.

XLR male output

Excellent body and head ALTHOUGH a shallow depression (dent) to the heat screen, but not serious.

Capsule and head foam is in great shape (capsule is just marked as an 0136)
