HISTORY:
I am cleaning up ALL the various leads, patch cables etc that we had on hand hanging around in the general workshop area.
This 4 metre cable is intended for DC distribution, low voltages at medium current. There are 4 cores, colour coded.

5.5mm external diameter
4x multi-stranded cores
Each core measures 1.2mm diameter copper, 21 strands each core, un-tinned
2x Red 2x Black colour coded internal sheaths
NO shield
Unfortunately ratings, temperature etc are unknown
Sheath has absolutely no markings of any kind along the entire length
Previously we used this cable with up to 50V supplies, carrying around a maximum of 1A and never a problem. If you wish to find out the suitability of this cable for your current carrying needs, there is plenty of information online re formula's etc

NO damage to the sheath
Cores are all nice shiny copper (not tinned)
I have now returned this 4metre length of 4 core cable to a sealed packed, ready for a new purpose in life!
