These are not your "Aluminium clad" or worse still, "spray on metal" plastic knobs!
Old school, well engineered quite small solid Aluminium knobs, the only part that isn't Aluminium is the grub screw!

Round shaft fitting (not a D shape)
Tiny, side accessed hex fitting grub screw (1)
Straight sided with a small flange at the base
Ribbed sides
Slight depression at the top
No pointer
DIMENSIONS:
Diameter: 10.95mm (body) ~ 11.75mm (bottom flange)
Height: 9.75mm
Shaft is 4.6mm diameter x 8.5mm deep (a little difficult to measure this depth)
No idea about the country of manufacture but I am pretty sure it was "somewhere in Europe" the manufacturer was not in the habit of using Asian product in their equipment!
