SWITCHCRAFT - 1/4" Jack Plug

Type: 226
Exactly the same as the "standard" Chrome body 226 but this one has the Fire Engine Red metal body - great for guitar leads that are "on fire!"
Stamped into the plug end section (in an arc) is
SWITCHCRAFT
BEWARE of fake or "rip off" 226's, look for the STAMPED SWITCHCRAFT on the plug - fakes of these plugs abound because they are not cheap (Element 14 lists at A$14 each) which means it is worthwhile for some dodgy manufacturers to rip off the Switchcraft name.
Orientation: Right Angle
Type: Tip/Sleeve (used for "mono" single channel audio or unbalanced leads - also commonly referred to as Phone plugs)
Finish: Chrome plated plug with a RED all metal body with knurled finger grips

Solder termination areas are clean and shiny
These have been stored as the three separate components and this is the way they will be supplied - not assembled. The major reason for this is that to fit the body over the plug I would need to slightly push in the cable grip tabs and I would prefer not to do that.
