1950's English Leather Camera Case (Broken Strap)

Unmarked as to the maker but the clasp button is an old NEWEY (UK patent pending) and it was with a bunch of my old camera's such as my "Box Brownie".

NOT cracked or damaged in any way EXCEPT

The carry strap (which is riveted to the side of the case) has fallen apart on one side.

To restore this case I would think is not too difficult, remove the old rivet and replace the strap, apply new rivets - job done.


Inside dimensions: 125mm wide x 94mm high x 87mm deep (front to back)

The leather is thick at 3mm all around except the sides which are double walled or 6mm thickness.
