New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches and a couple of patches of vinyl dullness which is either from the original inner sleeve leeching and low level heat (not warped) - I then played both sides and there are no issues with surface noise, very good play.
