New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of light marks or scratches on either side. I then played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are no issues with surface noise and just the very occasional low level click/pops.
