Now here's a special release, wonderful performances by a collective group of very well known Australian artists covering the song originally written and performed by Joe Geia (Joseph Benjamin Geia) a Murri man.

Yil Lull in English roughly means 'sing' in Guugu Yimithirr

Singers For The Red Black & Gold were:

Archie Roach

Paul Kelly

Christine Anu

Judith Durham

Kutcha Edwards

Renee Geyer

Tiddas

Track 3 (Got To Be A Change) is performed by Blackfire.

Blackfire were an Australian indigenous band, formed in late 1992 and disbanded 1999. Original members were Bradley Brown, Selwyn Burns, Kutcha Edwards, Grant Hansen and Kelli McGuinness

J Card case and front cover insert are both in very good condition. This copy was an industry only 'SAMPLE' promotional sticker to the rear of the J card case, after playing a couple of times it sat in the station library for years and is in 'as-new' condition.

CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches at all - pristine. Even though CD media can 'look' great, I always play the release in case something was not quite right, I have played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are NO issues with playback at all.

TRACKS: Yil Lull, Island Home - The Chant mix (Performed by Christine Anu with additional chants also by Christine Anu), Got To Be A Change (Performed by Blackfire)

Here is the original from Joe Geia
