I have seen people call this all sorts of music but I have actually listened to the album and it's VERY experimental - almost soundscape genre. Bits of this instrument, bang a few glasses, a bit of that and mix it all up - great music if you like it weird and apparently unstructured.
No vocals as such, some vocal samples.
