Clamshell is in very good condition, this is a sealed clamshell (no screws) so there is no chance of properly re-lubricating if this ever became necessary. Card insert is in good condition (not damaged) although it does have some light yellowing to the card.
Test cassette machine: Nakamichi DR8
Prior to testing, tape was repacked (FF - RW - FF - RW) to ensure even tape loading. This is vital for cassette tapes that have been unplayed for considerable periods of time.
Tape media is in very good visual condition. The only real way to judge the condition of magnetic tape media is to actually play it, so I have played both sides of this tape.
Audio is full range and bright, plenty of high end and lows. No drop outs. No tape sticking or other transport issues which could indicate dried out lubricant. Head pad is in place and secure. Great sounding tape.
