Merimbula, NSW (Sapphire Coast) which is a very pleasant coastal township, popular with surfers and whale watchers

Celest (also Charme) was a trading name used for a series of souvenir teaspoons produced by Peninsula Plate. I am not sure but I wouldn't be surprised if this company was closely associated with Perfection Plate Holdings, Sydney, a marketing and promotional badge manufacturer.

We no longer have this teaspoon on display and have placed it within sealed plastic to preserve the condition and reduce the speed of surface oxdisation
