COSMETIC CONDITION:
Stored at the bottom of a box, new unused BUT it does have visible mildew spots on the front and rear of the envelope. The envelope is sealed but there is nothing inside.
There is NO mildew smell
Since finding this First Day Cover, I have now placed it within sealed plastic in an effort to maintain it's current condition
