Ex 1970's equipment (often used on radiograms and mantle radio receivers of the time)

SMALL KNOB
Dark Brown all plastic with bevelled flange
Centre gold (metallic) insert
To fit 1/4" shaft with flat spot
Reinforced shaft fixing using a spring steel clamp
Dimensions (Digital Calipers):
Knob 12mm top diameter (18.5mm diameter flange) x 22mm length (Outside measurements)
KNOB DESCRIPTION:
Ribbed sides
All plastic, there is no metal except the top gold insert and the steel clamp for the shaft
CONDITION:
Used but clean.
Shaft is undamaged - no cracks or splits
Steel reinforcing clamp shows some oxidisation (rust) but this is normal for iron that has been exposed to the air 50+ years - it still functions as it should.
Since removal, I have now carefully packed and sealed this knob in plastic to preserve the condition
