HISTORY:
Keithley Instruments (USA) specialise in high quality data acquistion equipment and have been around since the mid 1940's. Around 2010 the company changed ownership and became a subsidiary of Tektronix.
This SMPS module comes from a 7002 which has been completely tested but ended up being 'parted out' because it had VFD issues and one SMPS power supply was "outside of specifications". The 7002 uses 2x identical SMPS modules (see the photograph) but this advertisement is for just ONE UNIT.
This is the module that sits behind the front panel, in the central area.

I am also including the original input & output leads with connectors.
Input can be 90 ~ 260V AC 50/60Hz (Universal)
Specified dual output is 6V & 14.6V
Tested in circuit (prior to removal) and I read 6.04V & 14.56V outputs under load.
Module is clean and undamaged although you can tell it has been in use, see the "browning" of the substrate due to medium heat near a couple of resistors. The components look fine though and the voltage outputs are with tolerances.
Before servicing your 7002, follow ESD safety measures
Easy to fit, just remove the side screws and lift out the front panel...you now have full access to the dual SMPS modules. Remove the clear safety cover (it is a 'stick on' cover only) and change the SMPS that is faulty (no soldering required). Instal the input lead (Brown/Blue) and measure the outputs to make sure everything is fine before connecting the logic board. That's it - very easy task.
To ensure this SMPS module remains in good condition, it has been placed within a sealed clear plastic and it will be supplied this way.
