Flexible, satin smooth sheath to the touch and extra strong. This cable type is also commonly used for studio microphones, the 21 AWG cable fits perfectly in all XLR-type audio connectors and each conductor has 40 seperate strands to greatly reduce the chances of any breakage due to flexing.
Not that it really matters but this cable was once used by a VERY famous Australian guitarist - it is always best to use the highest quality instrument lead especially when performing live otherwise the results could be catastrophic!

TESTING:
One of our "roadies kit" leads, we have had this for quite a while and it has stood the test of time very well. Never let us down and extremely handy at gigs when a lead such as this is needed in a hurry - try when the lead guitarist is screaming for a new lead, its time to act fast - very fast.
