As removed from a classic Marantz Cassette Deck Model: SD 1015R
This model was released to the market in the early 1980's and discontinued in 1982
Offered as spare parts for the SD 1015R although it is possible this record/playback head may suit other Marantz (or 3rd party) cassette tape equipment

COSMETIC CONDITION:
This tapehead is USED
I can see no physical damage to the head body and face
The surface of the face is clean and shiny
The gap is not worn at all, these heads are known for their robustness and do not wear as fast as "standard" heads
When installed, it was working fine with a nice wide and even frequency response.
I do have (and can supply) the Service Manual for this machine, if requested. This is handy as to instal this head, the serviceperson will have to setup the alignment and this procedure is fully described in the manual.
Since removal, this tapehead with leads is now stored in sealed plastic.
